1. Introduction
Welcome to Core Sports USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online golf coaching education programs, courses, and related materials (“Courses”) hosted on the Thinkific platform.
By enrolling, accessing, or using our Courses, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not participate in or access our Courses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Ownership of Content
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Core Sports USA — including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, course modules, assessments, templates, images, and downloadable resources (“Course Materials”) — are owned exclusively by Core Sports USA or its licensors.
All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course Materials solely for personal educational purposes.
4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, or otherwise duplicate Course Materials
• Distribute, share, or publish Course content publicly or privately
• Resell, sublicense, or make Course Materials available to others
• Use our content to create derivative works, teach, or develop competing programs
• Circumvent Thinkific’s access controls or security features
• Allow others to access your account
Any violation of these restrictions constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, and proprietary designs appearing in our Courses or website are the property of Core Sports USA or third parties licensed to us. Use of our name, branding, or materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payment for Courses must be made in full prior to access unless otherwise agreed. Refund policies, if applicable, are detailed on the course sales page or checkout page. Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, refunds may not be available.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Courses and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Core Sports USA does not guarantee any particular results, performance, or improvement in your golf coaching skills or business outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Sports USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Courses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Courses at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
11. Updates and Modifications
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Courses after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
